Terms of Use

The terms that apply to registration and use of MoneySaver services.

1. General

Welcome to MoneySaver (the "System" or the "Service"). These terms govern the use of the System. Using the System — including registering, connecting email inboxes and receiving reports — constitutes full acceptance of the terms below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "User" – any person or entity that registers and uses the System.
  • "Account" – the User's account, including details, settings and collected documents.
  • "Connected Inbox" – an email inbox the User connected to the System with explicit authorization.
  • "Financial Documents" – invoices, receipts, confirmations and other documents of a financial nature collected by the System.
  • "Accountant" – the professional designated by the User in the account settings to receive reports.

3. The Service

MoneySaver enables users to:

  1. Register and manage a personal or business account.
  2. Connect their email inboxes securely.
  3. Automatically scan connected inboxes to locate expenses and financial documents, including extracting data (vendor, date, amount, VAT, etc.).
  4. Centralize documents and data to produce monthly and annual reports.
  5. Send reports and documents to the accountant defined in the User's account settings.

The company may update, improve, add or remove Service capabilities at its discretion.

4. Registration and Account

  1. Registration requires accurate and complete details. False details may lead to account suspension.
  2. The User is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for any activity in the account.
  3. The Service is intended for ages 18 and up, or for entities via an authorized representative.
  4. The User must keep account details up to date, including accountant details.

5. Inbox Connection and Scanning Permissions

  1. Inbox connection is initiated by the User with explicit authorization, via the provider's secure mechanisms (e.g. Google or Microsoft OAuth).
  2. By connecting an inbox, the User authorizes the System to scan correspondence solely to locate financial documents and process data required for the Service.
  3. The User declares he is legally authorized to connect the inbox and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.
  4. The User may disconnect an inbox at any time via account settings; future scans of that inbox will stop.

6. Delivery of Reports to the Accountant

  1. The User defines the accountant's details in the account settings.
  2. By defining an accountant, the User explicitly consents to the transfer of relevant information and documents.
  3. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the accountant's details. The company shall not be liable for delivery to an incorrect destination defined by the User.

7. Payments, Plans and Trial

  1. Use of the System requires a subscription fee per the selected plan, as detailed on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.
  2. New users receive a 14-day free trial with no commitment.
  3. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  4. The company may update prices with prior notice.

8. User Obligations

The User undertakes not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload harmful or malicious content; attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or company systems; or copy or resell any part of the Service without written approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the System belong to the company. The User's documents and data remain the User's property; the company receives a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

10. Privacy and Security

Information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the company's information security principles, which form an integral part of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service is provided As-Is. The company does not warrant that all financial documents will be located, or that extracted data is error-free.
  2. Reports are an aid only and do not constitute tax or accounting advice. The User and their accountant must verify data before reporting to authorities.
  3. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including fines or business losses.
  4. The company's liability, if any, is limited to the amounts actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.

12. Termination and Data Deletion

  1. The User may close the account at any time; inbox scanning will stop.
  2. Upon request, collected data and documents will be deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
  3. The company may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, with prior notice where possible.

13. Changes

The company may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
